Located in the heart of Lake Rosseau - 1 hour from Orillia is a stunning Muskoka backdrop ready for the most perfect family photos.
You will receive 20 images included in your package with the option to purchase more photos after you have viewed your final gallery.

Location information
The cottage is located right at the back of the bay where the water is only 1-2 feet deep. This allows for the perfect photos as I can get in the water and walk around you while you are in the canoe! Having such shallow water there also allows us to shoot the session without the use of a lifejacket. If you want to jump in and splash around to add a little extra fun to your session you can definitely do that at the end!
*Please bring a change of clothes as I can't promise you will leave dry :)

My normal mini sessions are always 20 minutes long but because this location is a bit further than my normal locations, to make it worth your trip I have made the sessions slightly longer at 30 minutes. This will give us time to canoe around and get in the water if you'd like!
what's included?
The canoe is included in the session and will be ready to go at the dock for when you arrive.
You will receive 20 retouched images to download included in your package. Extra images are available to purchase one you view your final gallery.
what to wear
Think relaxed. Flowy clothing that's comfortable to move around in.
Because of the surrounding landscape stick to earthy tones like greens, browns and neutral tones like white and beige.
Stay away from loud patterns such as plaid/checkered and bright colours

FAQ
is a deposit required to book the session?
Yes! A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Because I cannot schedule another family during your reserved time, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times unless in the canoe.
what if it's raining?
If the weather is not ideal I will be in touch the morning of the session to reschedule. We will continue to shoot in sun, overcast and fog but will postpone in the case of rain (unless you're super fun and willing to shoot it in the rain ;) )
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
Once you receive your viewing gallery you can make the decision to upgrade to a full package but it's never required. You will have the opportunity to look through the edited gallery and choose which images you'd like to have in your final delivery.
