So who am I?
I'm Chantelle and I'm a wedding photographer based out of Oro-Medonte Ontario. I'm a mom to my super cute 7 year old twins, my sweet Golden Retriever, an evil house-cat and a furry little Hamster named Pompom.
7 years ago I shot my first wedding and I fell deeply in love with documenting love stories and I never looked back. Now, with over 100 weddings under my belt I've created my own style that is vibrant, true to colour, and filled with emotion. When you hire me as your wedding photographer you're not just getting a photographer, you're getting a teammate who's not afraid to jump in where needed to keep the day going smoothly. I'll also help you with timeline creation, posing and just keeping the general vibe of the day going strong by relying on my witty charm and mediocre jokes.
step 1: suitability
The cool things about photography is you can have two images of the same subject but with two completely different shooting styles, editing styles or posing styles. Some photographers shoot dark and moody and some shoot very bright and airy, both are beautiful. Some love harsh light, some love soft light. The thing that you're going to want to make sure before hiring a wedding photographer is that you love their work. There's nothing better then when my client's trust me and my process to authentically capture their day and give me the free artistic expression to do so.
